Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as a data consultant and product owner. You will operate across GTM, People, Finance, and other units, designing self-serve data solutions that drive action and align stakeholders.

You will own the Data UX, partner with senior leaders, and leverage AI tools to enhance analytics. This remote-first role offers flexible hours and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or related role with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt).
• Experience presenting analyses to executives that influenced decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Treat analytics as a product; learn user needs and prioritize impact.
• Turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive clarity.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics capabilities and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
