Job summary

PuppySpot is seeking an Analytics Manager to scale the analytics function across the organization, improving operational visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making. This highly visible, hands-on role will partner with leadership across Marketing, Product & Technology, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience to drive insights and prioritize analytics initiatives.

In addition to hands-on analytics and dashboard development, you will oversee external analytics and data engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI/Analytics/Data Operations
• Strong SQL, data warehouses, ETL, DBT, data modeling
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI
• Experience with Google Analytics, experimentation, A/B testing
• Experience managing external analytics/vendor resources

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives aligned to OKRs and priorities across the business
• Build scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and BI tools for visibility and decision-making
• Serve as internal expert across data sources, logic, and analytics workflows
• Oversee data ingestion, ETL processes, and external analytics resources
• Partner cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and performance visibility
• Improve analytics governance, prioritization, and reporting workflows
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency
