The Zebra seeks a Manager of Data Analytics to lead a growing team turning data into trusted insights across Product, Marketing, Finance, and beyond. You’ll mentor analysts, drive cross-functional data projects, and own measurable outcomes.

Based in Austin with remote options nationwide, the role emphasizes scalable analytics, collaboration with Data Engineering, and self-service analytics using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and Tableau to accelerate decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data roles (analytics, analytics engineering, or data science)
• 2+ years directly managing a team
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Python
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, experimentation, reporting
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Looker or Tableau
• Fluency with AI tools to enhance analytics output
• Experience building scalable analytics processes
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts
• Prioritize work with stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery
• Translate business needs into actionable insights
• Support new products with measurement and reporting
