Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst - Analytics Engineer to bridge data infrastructure and business strategy. Based in the USA with remote-first, hybrid options, you will model data in Redshift, orchestrate pipelines with Dagster/Airflow, and translate outputs for RevOps leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related data role.
• Proven experience building production-grade data models with dbt.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster or Airflow.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift.
• Experience building stakeholder-facing dashboards in Tableau.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt with high-quality, documented data models.
• Manage data pipelines using Dagster or Airflow for reliability and performance in Redshift.
• Translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders to highlight ROI and impact.
• Explore and implement AI/LLM capabilities to enhance analytics workflows.
• Support RevOps initiatives by providing visibility into KPIs via Tableau.
