Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a capable BI Analyst / Analytics Engineer to bridge data infrastructure and business strategy in a remote-friendly, hybrid-capable role. You will build robust data models in Redshift, orchestrate pipelines via Dagster or Airflow, and translate outputs into measurable business impact for RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and CX.

You will push beyond standard reporting, exploring AI/LLM capabilities and applying SageMaker to churn prediction and lead scoring, while enabling ABM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics Engineering or a related data role.
• dbt production data modeling experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster or Airflow.
• Advanced SQL and experience with Amazon Redshift.
• Tableau dashboards for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data structures.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt with high-quality, documented models.
• Design and monitor data pipelines using Dagster/Airflow for Redshift.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for RevOps leaders.
• Explore AI/LLM capabilities and apply SageMaker to predictive tasks.
• Support ABM and Customer Health KPIs with global dashboards.
