Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an Analytics Engineer/BI Analyst to bridge data infrastructure with business strategy. You will migrate workflows from Alteryx to dbt, build robust models in Redshift, and orchestrate pipelines with Dagster or Airflow.

Collaborate with RevOps to translate data into ROI-driven insights and explore AI/LLM applications using SageMaker. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to enhance ABM, customer health scoring, and KPI visibility through Tableau

Qualifications

5+ years of BI/analytics engineering experience.
Strong SQL and data warehousing skills (Redshift preferred).
Experience building production-ready data models with dbt.
Hands-on ETL/ELT orchestration with Dagster or Airflow.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for RevOps.
Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and Tableau dashboards.

Responsibilities

Migrate legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt with quality documentation.
Build robust data models and maintain the data warehouse.
Orchestrate data pipelines and monitor performance in Redshift.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to enable data-driven decisions.
