Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking a BI Analyst to bridge data infrastructure and business strategy across RevOps, Sales, and Marketing. You will build robust data models in Redshift, migrate workflows to dbt, and orchestrate pipelines with Dagster or Airflow.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, applying AI/ML techniques with SageMaker to improve churn prediction and lead scoring in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in BI, Analytics Engineering, or a related data role.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Migration: Lead migration of legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt with high-quality, documented data models.
• Orchestration & Pipelines: Manage data pipelines with Dagster or Airflow for reliable Redshift operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate technical data into insights for non-technical leaders to highlight ROI and impact.
• AI & Advanced Analytics: Explore and implement AI/LLM capabilities, applying SageMaker to churn prediction and lead scoring.
• RevOps Strategy: Support ABM and Customer Health scoring by providing KPI visibility via Tableau.
