Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst - Analytics Engineer to bridge data infrastructure and business strategy. You’ll model data in Redshift, migrate workflows from Alteryx to dbt, and orchestrate pipelines with Dagster/Airflow, partnering with RevOps across sales, marketing, and customer success.

You’ll apply AI/LLM capabilities and SageMaker to predictive analytics like churn, lead scoring, and ABM, delivering actionable insights and ROI for global education customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI/Analytics Engineering or related data role.
• Proven dbt production data modeling experience.
• Hands-on with Dagster or Airflow orchestration.
• Advanced SQL and experience with Redshift or Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Experience building dashboards for stakeholders in Tableau.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data structures.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Migration: migrate Alteryx workflows to dbt with high-quality data models.
• Orchestration & Pipelines: manage data pipelines with Dagster or Airflow.
• Stakeholder Translation: translate data outputs into business insights and ROI.
• AI & Advanced Analytics: explore AI/LLM capabilities and SageMaker for predictive modeling.
• RevOps Strategy: support ABM and Customer Health scoring with KPI visibility via Tableau.
