Job summary

Turnitin’s BI Analyst – Analytics Engineer role blends data engineering with strategic analytics. You will migrate legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt, build robust models in Redshift, and manage pipelines with Dagster/Airflow while collaborating with RevOps to translate data into business impact.

You will apply AI/ML with SageMaker for churn prediction and lead scoring, support ABM initiatives, and deliver stakeholder-friendly Tableau dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or related data role.
• dbt production data models experience.
• Dagster or Airflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy Alteryx workflows to dbt with quality data models.
• Orchestrate pipelines using Dagster or Airflow in Redshift warehouse.
• Translate data outputs into actionable business insights for RevOps leaders.
• Explore AI/LLM capabilities to enhance analytics workflows and predictive modeling.
• Support ABM and Customer Health scoring with Tableau dashboards.
