Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking a BI Analyst to bridge complex data infrastructure and business strategy within a remote-first culture. You will migrate workflows from Alteryx to dbt, build robust data models in Redshift, and orchestrate pipelines with Dagster/Airflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in BI/Analytics Engineering or a related data role.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade data models with dbt.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster or Airflow for orchestration.
• Advanced SQL skills; experience with data warehouses like Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Tableau dashboards and Salesforce data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt with high-quality models.
• Manage data pipelines using Dagster or Airflow in a Redshift environment.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for sales and marketing leaders.
• Explore and apply AI/LLM capabilities to analytics and predictive modeling.
• Support RevOps initiatives such as ABM and Customer Health metrics via Tableau.
