Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst - Analytics Engineer (Hybrid/USA Remote) to bridge data infrastructure and business strategy. You will support RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, building robust data models in Redshift and orchestrating workflows with Dagster/Airflow.

You will push beyond dashboards, exploring AI capabilities and applying machine learning (SageMaker) to churn prediction and lead scoring while aligning metrics with global KPIs in Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, analytics engineering, or related data role.
• dbt production data models experience required.
• Hands-on with Dagster or Airflow for pipelines.
• Advanced SQL and Redshift (or Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt.
• Manage data pipelines with Dagster or Airflow in Redshift.
• Translate data outputs into ROI-focused insights for leaders.
• Explore AI/LLM capabilities and apply SageMaker for models.
• Support ABM and Customer Health scoring with global KPIs in Tableau.
