Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking a seasoned BI Analyst to bridge data infrastructure and business strategy. You will model and migrate workflows from Alteryx to dbt, build robust pipelines, and translate insights for RevOps leaders in a remote-first setting.

Responsibilities include orchestration with Dagster/Airflow, modeling in Redshift, and enabling AI/ML capabilities with SageMaker to drive churn prediction and lead scoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related data role.
• dbt: Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade data models using dbt.
• Orchestration Tools: Dagster or Airflow.
• SQL & Data Warehousing: Advanced SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift (or Snowflake/BigQuery).
• BI Visualization: Experience building stakeholder-facing dashboards in Tableau.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt with high-quality, tested data models.
• Manage data pipelines using Dagster or Airflow to ensure reliability in Redshift.
• Translate technical outputs into actionable business insights for RevOps stakeholders.
• Explore and implement AI/LLM capabilities to enhance data discovery and predictive modeling (SageMaker).
• Support ABM and Customer Health scoring by providing KPI visibility via Tableau.
