Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a BI Analyst to bridge data infrastructure and business strategy. You will support Revenue Operations, migrate data workflows from Alteryx to dbt, and build robust data models in Redshift while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders.

You will translate technical outputs into business insights, apply AI/ML capabilities via SageMaker, and help advance predictive analytics across RevOps with Tableau dashboards for global KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related data role.
• dbt experience building and maintaining production-grade data models.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster or Airflow.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift (or Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data structures.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt; develop documented, tested data models as the single source of truth.
• Manage data pipelines with Dagster or Airflow to ensure reliability in the Redshift warehouse.
• Translate complex data concepts for non-technical leaders and highlight ROI.
• Explore and implement AI/LLM capabilities to enhance analytics and predictive modeling (e.g., SageMaker).
• Support RevOps initiatives like ABM and Customer Health scoring with KPI visibility in Tableau.
