Job summary

Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Manager of Reporting & Analytics to lead a small analytics team and embed with operational leaders. You will transform clinical, financial, and operational data into proactive business intelligence to inform patient care and organizational decisions.

The role requires healthcare analytics experience, strong statistics, and proficiency with SQL, Python or R, Looker, and modern AI-enabled analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or data field; certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of professional analytics experience; healthcare analytics a must.
• 3+ years leading analytics teams or projects.
• Proficient with modern data stack tools; SQL, BI platforms (Looker), Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 analysts, balancing workload and delivery standards.
• Perform complex analyses, data modeling, and presentation development.
• Drive proactive intelligence; move analytics to forward-looking insights.
• Accelerate delivery pace with rigorous, scalable analytics workflows.
• Partner with leadership to define data needs and measure outcomes.
• Translate operational workflows into data requirements and governance needs.
• Build data fluency and enable self-service BI across the organization.
• Support data governance and standardization of ingestion for external feeds.
