Florida Blue Group is seeking a Manager of Analytics in Irving to oversee the analytics staff providing financial and operational decision support. The role focuses on developing and implementing impactful processes, supported by strong reporting abilities and high-level analytical thinking.

You will lead reporting, data-driven improvements, and cross-department collaboration to drive strategic initiatives for clients and business partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years related work experience in business analytics, data analysis or healthcare operations.
• 2+ years direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Math, CS or MIS required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee reporting functions to ensure consistent methodologies and processes.
• Instruct team on opportunities and weaknesses in processes and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate documentation of reporting requirements and client specifications.
• Improve and automate report processing, evaluate tools, and incorporate external sources.
• Support executive strategy with data-driven insights.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with departmental leaders to optimize internal processes and act as liaison between reporting and other departments.
• Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to deliver reporting and recommendations to clients.
