As a working leader, you will combine tactical execution with hands‑on problem‑solving, managing a small team of analysts embedded with operations to turn clinical, financial, and operational data into proactive business intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional analytics experience; healthcare preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience leading analytics projects or teams.
• 3+ years of healthcare analytics experience (provider groups, value-based care, senior living, or managed care).
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools and statistical packages (Python/R).

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 analysts, balancing workload and delivery standards.
• Personally perform complex analyses, data modeling and reporting.
• Transition analytics to a proactive, predictive intelligence function.
• Collaborate with leaders to define data needs and drive business goals.
• Develop data literacy and drive adoption of analytics tools across the organization.
• Support data governance, self-service BI, and standardized data ingestion.
