Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a hands-on Manager of Reporting & Analytics to lead a small analytics team and embed with operational leaders. You will transform clinical, financial, and operational data into proactive business intelligence to drive decisions.

Ideal candidates have deep healthcare analytics experience, strong statistics, and experience with modern AI productivity tools, joining a remote, high-velocity environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT or data-related field; certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of professional analytics experience with 1-2 years leading analytics teams or cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years of analytics experience in healthcare (provider groups, value-based care, senior living, or managed care).
• Hands-on proficiency with modern data stack tools, including SQL, BI platforms (Looker preferred), and Python or R.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts (3 analysts) and manage workload and standards.
• Perform hands-on analyses, data modeling, and presentation development.
• Drive proactive, predictive analytics to move from reactive requests to strategic insights.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate workflows into data needs and improve data governance.
