Job summary

Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Manager of Reporting & Analytics to lead, optimize, and drive our analytics capabilities. You will manage a small team of analysts while embedding with operational leaders to transform data into actionable insights for patients, members, and the organization.

The role emphasizes deep healthcare analytics expertise, statistical rigor, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analytical output.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional analytics experience, with at least 1-2 years of analytics leadership or management experience.
3+ years of dedicated analytics in the healthcare industry (provider groups, value-based care, senior living, or managed care preferred).
Hands-on proficiency with modern data stack tools, including advanced SQL, BI platforms like Looker, and Python or R.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 3 analysts, balancing workload and delivery standards.
Perform complex analytics, data modeling, and presentation development.
Transition analytics to a proactive, predictive intelligence function.
Collaborate with leaders to define data needs and drive business goals.
