Job summary

Luminex Corporation is seeking a Field Service Director for the Americas to hire, develop, and lead the field service team across the region. This role ensures a world-class service experience aligned with quality and regulatory standards.

The position is remote within the United States and requires collaboration with partners and the global service enablement team to drive training, certifications, and performance improvements. 40% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in Field Service leadership and related roles.
• Deep knowledge of CRM processes and Salesforce usage.
• Experience with ISO and FDA guidelines and complaint handling.
• GMP regulated environment experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Define needs of Field Service and provide tools to deliver service excellence.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet Field Service objectives.
• Oversee service delivery by partners and distributors in the Americas.
• Plan and direct training of Field Service personnel.
• Collaborate to define partner engagement models and training pathways.
• Develop and deliver technical enablement programs and knowledge content.
• Drive KPIs: customer satisfaction, on-time PMs, SLAs, quality metrics.
• Ensure complaint handling and problem resolution are timely.
• Support achievement of service revenue and manage expenses.
• Gain understanding of Luminex instruments, software, and assays.
