Job summary

Luna Innovations is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Americas. This full-time role is US remote with up to 50% travel, reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, Sensing Business Unit.

You will build and lead the regional sales organization, define the go-to-market plan, and drive revenue growth across the Americas. The position requires a technical degree, strong CRM and sales-tooling skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Commercial leadership experience in a technical or industrial B2B environment.
• Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise and infrastructure customers.
• Experience building and managing indirect channels (agents, resellers, service partners).
• Go-to-market planning and territory design ownership.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by leading the regional sales team and key accounts.
• Build and integrate a high-performing regional sales organisation.
• Own regional sales performance, pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Own the regional go-to-market plan and territory design.
• Contribute to Sales Leadership with market intelligence and strategy.
