Job summary

LINET Americas, Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead field-based technical services across assigned regions. You will oversee technicians, manage contracts, and ensure all service activities align with KPIs and SLAs while optimizing uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales and back-office teams to drive performance and growth. This remote role requires 80% travel within the region and a strong background in service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience.
10+ years of related experience and training.
Project management experience preferred, PMP certification highly sought.
Moderate to high common computer application skills, like Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, Power BI, etc.

Responsibilities

Manage field-based technical services employees.
Balance KPIs, SLAs, and NPS to meet goals.
Plan and direct new service contract installations and support activities in the field.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
Monitor budget, staffing, and travel to control costs.
Identify and hire technical personnel as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
