Job summary

Diasorin seeks a Director of Field Service to lead Americas operations from a remote U.S. base. You will hire and develop field teams, partner with distributors, and drive service quality, KPI governance, and budget adherence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global partners and achieving revenue targets while maintaining regulatory compliance. The position offers remote work within the U.S., strong leadership expectations, and a pathway to shape a world-class diagnostics field service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Field Service Experience.
• 5+ years of Leadership experience.
• 5+ years of familiarity with CRM processes; Salesforce preferred.
• 3+ years of budgeting and fiscal management.

Responsibilities

• Define staffing levels to meet Field Service objectives.
• Oversee service delivery by partners and distributors across the Americas.
• Plan and direct training of all Field Service personnel.
• Define partner/distributor service engagement models and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely, high-quality issue resolution.
