Job summary

enGen in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business/system analyses, document requirements, design workflows, and resolve end-user issues while influencing project delivery.

The role requires 3 years of Epic module administration, Epic Ambulatory experience, and healthcare domain knowledge. It is remote-based with 0–25% travel and includes certification expectations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Remote-based position with travel 0–25%

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Performs workflow analysis while evaluating user experience. Creates and maintains documentation and training materials regarding implementation of applications.
• Using knowledge of Epic, configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows. Corrects issues, conducts routine maintenance, updates systems with new functionality to meet end users' needs, and implements new technologies.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects independently. Updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
