Job summary

Glansa Associates is seeking an Amazon Connect Developer for a fully remote contract role. You will design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to enhance customer and agent experiences.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing Amazon Connect contact centers.
Strong integration skills between Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
Proficiency with APIs, REST, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with serverless architectures and AWS services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect for seamless experiences.
Build and integrate APIs and enterprise system connections.
Develop IVR and self-service solutions and call flows.
Implement automation, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to document solutions.
