Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled professional to work remotely from the United States on Amazon Connect-based solutions. You will define requirements, shape architecture, and contribute in design reviews to deliver scalable, user-friendly contact center experiences.

With 2+ years on Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda, you will collaborate across teams, support proposals, and help estimate project scope while aligning with architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect.
• Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the predominate contact center platforms (AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application’s user interface for optimal usability.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture.
• Participate in design, code, and test reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.
• Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals.
