Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Salesforce & Amazon Connect Consultant for a fractional, contract engagement. The role focuses on integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce Voice/Service Cloud Voice to enhance contact center operations and agent experience.

You will lead architecture, configuration, and development efforts, working up to 20 hours weekly, with a total of about 160 hours across 2 to 2.5 months. This remote role requires proven Salesforce and Amazon Connect expertise.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and Amazon Connect integration.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Configuration: Lead assessments and hands-on config of Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Integration & Development: Support Lambda, APIs, and event-driven integrations bridging Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
• Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot, test, assist UAT, and support go-lives.
• Knowledge Transfer: Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to the client team.
