Job summary

Tomorrow Hire Llc. seeks an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS cloud technologies. This hands-on role focuses on call routing, messaging, cloud integrations, and process improvements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support enterprise operations. The position is on-site in Woodlawn, MD, five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 10+ years relevant experience.
• 7+ years with enterprise frameworks and large orgs.
• 3+ years with AWS cloud platforms and Amazon Connect.
• 3+ years in Node.js, Python, or Java development.
• 3+ years designing call routing and messaging solutions.
• Must obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect solutions and configurations.
• Support IVR, ACD, skill-based routing, live chat, and messaging.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and enterprise apps.
• Develop solutions using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Document business/technical requirements and create process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement, test, and resolve issues.
• Provide ongoing improvements to operations and workflows.
• Work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, five days per week.
