Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme has an exciting Area Business Manager (ABM) opportunity in the Allergy franchise, focusing on engaging Allergists and other key customers across the Manhattan, NY territory. You will present clinically focused selling messages to grow revenue and achieve product goals for atopic dermatitis and asthma indications, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of healthcare, biologics, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience or other life science relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience managing Manhattan, NY market.
• 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics in a complex market preferred.
• 2+ years selling experience calling on Allergists or Dermatologists preferred.
• Alliance/matrix partnership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage Allergy/Immunology customers within assigned geographical territory and deliver clinically focused messages.
• Collaborate with Field-based stakeholders to address customer needs and identify market dynamics.
• Develop relationships with Allergists, coordinators, and health care personnel to support territory goals.
• Drive results by identifying opportunities and creating strategic business plans.
• Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize budget to support strategy execution and growth.
