Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an Area Business Manager for Asthma in the Houston Central area to work remotely in the US. You will engage Allergists and Pulmonologists, present clinically focused messages, and drive revenue while meeting product goals.

The role requires pharma sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, travel as needed, and a strong track record of compliant selling. You will collaborate with field colleagues and thought leaders to expand brand presence and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.
• Proven sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance guidelines.
• Team player with internal collaboration and cooperation.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Engage Allergy/Immunology/Pulmonology customers and deliver clinical messages.
• Collaborate with field stakeholders to address customer needs and develop strategies.
• Develop relationships with asthma experts and healthcare staff.
• Drive territory growth through strategic planning.
• Organize local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize territory budget to support strategies.
• Participate in industry events and local meetings.
• Own opportunities with large group practices to drive results.
• Build relationships with thought leaders in the territory.
