The role requires prior AIDC solutions experience, a bachelor's degree, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel to client meetings and industry events is expected, with a remote work location supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field required.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact for inquiries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding client needs and objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and hit sales targets.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
• Prepare regular account performance reports and share insights with clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance and new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
