Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead - Remote to redesign complex workflows and create AI-ready systems of work across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders and technology teams to define how people and AI collaborate, and translate needs into implementable designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, design strategy, or related.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional, cross-team engagements.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into systemic design artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems design across multiple teams and data sources.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready designs and artifacts.
• Define human-AI collaboration, decision points, and controls within end-to-end systems.
• Drive reuse of enterprise patterns and contribute to design standards.
