Job summary

Arcadia is seeking an AI Operations Lead to drive the company’s AI transformation across product, engineering, GTM, and finance. You will design, ship Claude skills, agents, and workflows, and establish patterns and a champion network that scales beyond you.

In this remote-first role, you’ll embed with teams, map current-state workflows, and codify repeatable solutions while maintaining safety and governance standards. Arcadia supports remote work across the US.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years identifying where workflows break down across departments and partnering with engineering to ship solutions.
• Strong instincts for design of processes and operating models across functions.
• Ability to win trust across diverse teams and cultures and bring skeptics along.
• Bias toward building reusable patterns over one-off fixes.
• Experience operating in a fast-moving, post-acquisition organization.

Responsibilities

• Embed teams across the company to map current-state workflows end-to-end and identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Define, build, and ship Claude skills, agents, and workflows that teams actually adopt.
• Grow and enable an AI champion network across teams to sustain improvements.
• Codify proven patterns into reusable templates, playbooks, and libraries.
• Ensure workflows meet data-handling, classification, and human-in-the-loop standards by design.
• Measure adoption and time-saved, and advocate for scaling successful workflows.
