CodePath seeks a Senior AI Operations Lead to drive AI-first workflows across the organization. You will embed with teams, design scalable tasks and agents, and ensure high-quality, production-grade outputs. This role emphasizes people, processes, and technology in a fully remote US setting.

You will build reusable assets and coaching to achieve self-sufficiency, with a focus on measurable outcomes and cross-team impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation/ops tooling, incl. hands-on LLM/agent work
• Experience building with LLM tools and low-code automation platforms
• Ability to map 12-step workflows to automated steps
• Ability to embed with non-technical teams and translate pain points
• Judgment to distinguish high-quality AI work and build guardrails
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Embed and audit teams to map repetitive tasks and levers for automation
• Develop task-specific agents and automations using Claude and stack
• Productionize prototypes with rubrics, evals, and reviews
• Create reusable assets, templates, and plugins for self-serve use
• Coach teams toward self-sufficiency and broaden AI proficiency
• Measure outcomes and report results to leadership, hand off artifacts
