Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks an experienced AI Process Automation Engineer & Coach to lead agentic workflow redesigns using Claude/Anthropic. You will embed within business units, coach AI Champions, and co-create high-impact agentic use cases across Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.

You will drive enablement, ensure governance, and foster stakeholder trust while delivering sustainable AI-first transformations over a 6–9 month engagement.

Qualifications

AI-First & Agentic workflows experience: Proven experience designing and implementing AI agent-based workflows (Claude/Anthropic ecosystem or similar).
Business process re-engineering: Map as-is processes and redesign into AI-first operating models.
Coaching & mentorship: Experience training non-technical business users and transferring knowledge.

Responsibilities

Workflow redesign & orchestration: Map current-state processes and define what AI handles vs. Human-in-the-Loop.
AI Champion partnership: Work 1-on-1 with AI Champion across functions.
Enablement & knowledge transfer: Coach champions to independently extend and evolve workflows; conduct UAT.
