Job summary

Power Digital is seeking an AI Operations Manager to be the operating system behind the Innovation team. You will administer enterprise AI platforms, align the roadmap with senior leadership, and act as an early-warning system for AI frontier changes.

In this remote role with overlap to US Pacific hours, you will automate operations over time, produce weekly intelligence briefs, and help the team test and adopt tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AI operations or a similar role.
• AI-native: daily use of Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini with practical intuition.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to close loops.
• Clear writer with systems thinking and strategic POV.
• Comfort with remote work and overlapping US Pacific hours.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise AI platforms – Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and new tools.
• Manage provisioning, access, RBAC, usage governance, and billing, with gradual automation.
• Keep the SVP of Innovation organized and ahead of schedule through prioritization.
• Run the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm and maintain the roadmap.
• Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on frontier developments and tests.
• Contribute strategic perspective to company discussions and strategy.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for the department.
