Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with AI/LLM systems in production settings.
• Designing and operating agentic workflows and pipelines including multi-step agent orchestration.
• Experience embedded in teams practicing GitOps and CI/CD (required).
• Knowledge of grounded AI patterns: RAG, context engineering, outputs, observability.
• Strong software fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python; frontend stack familiarity.
• Alignment with continuous delivery culture and small-batch, fast feedback, blameless learning.
• Self-starter with action bias and ability to translate ROI to execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate agentic SDLC pipelines integrated with GitOps/CI/CD.
• Elevate developer experience with AI integrations in daily workflows.
• Engineer grounded, trustworthy AI systems with verifiable results.
• Establish governance, guardrails, and audit trails for responsible AI.
• Formalize successful patterns into repeatable playbooks and platforms.
• Champion AI adoption across the team and drive measurable impact.
