Job summary

Arcadia Power, Inc. is seeking an AI Operations Lead to own the AI transformation across the company. You will map workflows, identify high-leverage Claude opportunities, and partner with engineering to deploy reusable AI skills and automations.

This role reports to R&D Operations and requires coordinating with product, engineering, GTM, and finance teams. Remote-friendly role with strong emphasis on scaling AI-enabled processes, champion network growth, and measurable impact across business

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management, workflow, or process design experience.
• Strong workflow and process design instincts.
• Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and success criteria for engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Bias for reusable patterns and systems over heroics.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-moving organization.

Responsibilities

• Embed teams across the company to map end-to-end workflows and identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Define and own the product requirements for Claude skills, agents, and automations; work with engineering to ship them.
• Build and grow a champion network across teams to sustain adoption of AI workflows.
• Create a reusable library of patterns, templates, and playbooks for future teams.
• Ensure workflows are safe and compliant by aligning with governance and data handling standards.
• Measure adoption, time saved, and outcomes to drive scaling of successful AI workflows.
