Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what is off, all remotely.

Role involves scoring outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, then providing written explanations. Outlier offers free access to leading LLMs and performance-based incentives while you work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to find issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise English explanation of what was seen or heard, tied to evaluation results.
