Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write clear explanations of what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to explain observations clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, motion issues, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs and writing explanations in English detailing what was observed.
