Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, helping advance AI reasoning and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a precise English explanation of what you saw or heard for each task.
