Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. This remote role offers flexible hours and allows you to work from home or while traveling.

Responsibilities include comparing image/video outputs to prompts, identifying issues like artifacts or audio-visual mismatches, and providing written explanations. Open to international applicants.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in on content.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to the prompts and judge which follows instructions better.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted visuals, flickering, or misaligned audio, and describe findings in writing.
