Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and write concise explanations of what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

The position offers flexible hours, monthly access to leading LLMs, and the potential to earn up to $18 per hour. Compensation is weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, with opportunities to increase earnings through performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain what is off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or misaligned audio, and explain findings in writing.
