Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from anywhere with flexible hours and weekly payments. You’ll rate outputs for adherence and realism, write concise explanations in English, and help improve AI systems through careful evaluation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, motion issues, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard to justify ratings.
