Job summary

Prolific is seeking Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models. This fully remote, ad hoc freelance role offers paying tasks and a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess suitability.

If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant and be paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models. Pay tends to be up to $20 per hour, with many tasks requiring about one hour of uninterrupted work; joining the talent pool opens doors to similar paid

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows.
• Be prepared to write about one task you perform regularly in detail.
• Ideal tasks take between a few days to a few months and are performed at least once a week.
• Stick to one task per outline to demonstrate depth on a single process.
• Include the steps, the tools and information you draw on, the decision points and the edge cases.
