Job summary

Prolific is seeking Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network for AI training tasks. You will complete paid one-hour tasks, with pay up to $20 per hour, entirely remotely on a freelance basis. Tasks require deep dives into workflows, providing detailed outlines and feedback after a short skills test.

Payments are through PayPal with flexible, ad hoc project opportunities. Ideal candidates have 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar, exceptional writing skills, and strong attention

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical Thinking, the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows.
• Describe one regular task in detail for the evaluation.
• Ensure depth by focusing on a single process per outline.
• Document steps, tools, information used, decision points and edge cases.
