Job summary

Prolific is seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network for AI training and evaluation tasks. You’ll be paid to perform focused tasks that may involve one hour of uninterrupted work, with payments via PayPal. All work is remote and ad hoc, on a freelance basis, with flexible hours.

Applicants complete a quick test to assess suitability; if successful, you join as a participant and can access paid projects, with compensation up to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows.
• Describe one regular task in detail for the project.
• Tasks often take days to months and are performed at least once a week.
• Stick to one task per outline; focus on depth over breadth.
• Include the steps, the tools and information you draw on, the decision points and edge cases.
