Job summary

Prolific is seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join its Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models on an ad hoc, fully remote basis. If you have 3–5 years of PA/EA experience and exceptional written communication, you can participate to earn hourly pay.

You’ll complete short tests and take on carefully scoped tasks; projects vary in length and flexibility, with payments via PayPal. This is freelance work with control over which projects you accept and the pace you choose.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Writing detailed outlines of your workflows.
• You will be asked to write about one of the tasks you perform regularly, in as much detail as you can.
• Ideal tasks to write about for this project take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week.
• Stick to one task per outline. This is about real depth on a single process, not a tour of your whole role.
• Include the steps, the tools and information you draw on, the decision points and the edge cases.
