Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows.
• Describe one regular task in detail for the AI training tasks.
• Projects may take from days to months and recur weekly.
• Focus on one task per outline, detailing steps, tools, decisions, and edge cases.
• Only include depth on a single process, not a tour of your whole role.
