Job summary

Prolific is seeking Executive Assistants to join Expert Network for training and evaluating AI models. This is fully remote and on a freelance basis, with payments via PayPal. Tasks involve submitting outlines and detail on one core process you perform regularly, with paid tests to assess suitability.

You’ll work ad hoc, choosing projects you accept, and can earn up to $20 per hour depending on task complexity and your experience in executive support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows.
• Write about one task you perform regularly in detail.
• Projects can range from days to months and occur at least weekly.
• Include steps, tools, data sources, decision points and edge cases.
