Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC in the United States seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead artificial intelligence education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm.

You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital learning content, and guide legal professionals on effective and responsible AI usage, with emphasis on practical workflows across enterprise AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years dedicated to training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI OR work in a law firm/legal tech environment as AI or legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong track record delivering live, virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and organize content for easy access.
• Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey and other legal AI platforms; train on prompt engineering and token management.
• Provide guidance on foundation models (Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Grok) and hands-on workflow coaching.
• Offer high-touch enablement for partners and executive leadership and track feedback to refine programs.
• Track attendance and platform utilization metrics to continuously improve training strategies.
